Internal product information used to be a mess at Red Hat. Internal surveys found employees could not find documents they needed, and did not trust the documents they found to be up to date or accurate.

Fixing the mess required technical solutions, lots of convincing, and process changes. I'd like to share how we managed this, and detail how our custom content expiration system works to keep content authors engaged and our repository of documents small and manageable.
